Something I found in my many premium-hunting wanderings, it's a pretty decent piece of armor for lowbies:

Object 'armor' is type armor, extra flags load-always.
Weight is 1, value is 24, level is 2.
Armor class is 1.
Affects wisdom by 2.
Affects hit roll by 11.
Affects damage roll by 25.

It's in the An Angel's Secret area, but it won't be too easy to find Good luck! And yeah, it's one of those items that load only once per reboot.
